It helps homeowners and tenants stay on top of home upkeep while supporting those in need in the Liverpool City Region.<\/strong>

Absolutely! Our aim is to offer piece of mind that we are there to help our community look after their home. As either a home owner or a tenant living in rented property (social or private), you can have that piece of mind. CHC Membership is for all types of residential homes in the Liverpool City Region \u2014 houses, flats, apartments etc. Whether you need small fixes or more complicated diagnosis of faults, we\u2019ve got you covered.<\/strong><\/strong>
Exclusions apply to; Commercial\u00a0properties,\u00a0Airbnb\u00a0rentals,\u00a0or\u00a0properties\u00a0with\u00a0structural hazards\u00a0(e.g.,\u00a0rotted\u00a0joists,\u00a0woodworm,\u00a0subsidence,\u00a0faulty\u00a0gas\/electrical\u00a0incoming\u00a0supply).<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div>

Simply give your details such as name, username, address, details (required to assess the member is who they say they are) and then RCR will do an admin check to check membership is up to date, we will then contact you to book a convenient timeslot to attend.<\/strong>

Can I cancel my membership?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p><\/div>

You can cancel your membership following your 12 month initial membership period. Any non payment\/ cancellation before this time will incur costs (any amounts left from your initial membership period and admin fees). This is to protect our not for profit (and those we help from it) from any abuse of service. Please\u00a0contact\u00a0our\u00a0team\u00a0to\u00a0process\u00a0your\u00a0cancellation<\/strong>.<\/strong>

Cancellation Policy \u2013 Please Read Carefully<\/strong>
All CHC Memberships include a 12-month minimum term<\/strong>.
Members cannot cancel or downgrade<\/strong> during this initial 12-month period.
Early cancellation may result in full remaining fees being charged, plus a \u00a325 admin fee.
After the initial term, memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days\u2019 notice<\/strong>.
CHC Memberships are not refundable<\/strong>, and RCR does not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time.
