Community Home Care Members get to maintain their homes while also having feelings of purpose, fulfilment and connection to the community! Supporting us in our mission by being a member when you do not own your home is not out of the question.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can be a tenant and have a CHC Membership to help you maintain your home! whether you want it to give you peace of mind that you are fulfilling obligations in your tenancy agreement, or you simply want to keep your home running smoothly and give back to the community!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A CHC Membership can help both you and your landlord by caring for your home and their property at the same time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However we must insist on any of our CHC members having written permission from the property owner as our membership services can not be provided if the property owner objects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe our service will benefit Tenants, Landlords (indirectly), homeowners and the community! So we have prepared a Template Letter for you to request consent from your landlord\/ property owner to use the CHC Membership services on your home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
