Important Billing Information

All CHC Memberships begin with a 12-month minimum commitment. After 12 months, your membership continues on a monthly rolling basis. You may upgrade at any time — upgrades begin immediately and start a new 12-month term. Downgrades and pauses are only available after the first 12 months.

CHC Memberships are billed monthly in advance. No pro-rata billing is available — changes reset your billing cycle from the upgrade/downgrade date. Unused days from your previous cycle are not refunded.
