Community Impact
cAN I VOLUNTEER OR DONATE MAtERIALS TO HELP MY COMMUNITY?
Yes! We welcome any donations—whether it’s time, materials, tools, or funds. Please get in touch with us if you want to support your local community through us!
We will occasionally post for skilled (tradesmen) and unskilled volunteers to help us reach our goals when it comes to helping our community members in need.
Please keep a look out on our news page and socials!
How are profits used & How does RCR’s work affect the community?
Well, we are a small not-for-profit with ideas way above our current budget. As it stands, we have had no current public grants or funding as such and have solely started completely off the back of our two founding tradesmen.
It may be difficult to always to show on annual financial reports etc how our approach to home maintenance is affecting the community but we hope word will spread around the community through community groups and social media to show we mean what we say when we say we are here to help.
How does RCR show its community impact?
We will do our very best to show the community how we are making an impact, however we will also balance this by in keeping with strict privacy regulations and laws in order to protect the privacy of the people in the community we may help. That said, if a person is appreciative and willing to be included in a social media post or news/blog update then we will endeavour to show our communities what we are accomplishing with our available profits, donations, funding or other source of funds.
Can I nominate a local cause for support?
Customers can absolutely nominate a local cause or individual for help from RCR. We will have a nomination system up and running soon however this would involve an internal assessment process and would be completely at the discretion of RCR on whether we are in a position to offer the support/ service required.
