- “Member”: An individual or entity enrolled in RCR’s Community Home Care (CHC) Membership.

Occasionally we may update and change our Website. This may be for a number of reasons including but not limited to;
- Changes and updates to our business needs
- Changes and updates to our services or products
- Changes to our visitors & users’ needs
- Technical updates or error corrections
4. Permitted Use
4.1 Allowed Activities
You may use the Website to:
- Browse service offerings, pricing, and community resources.
- Book appointments for home maintenance services.
- Create and manage a Member account (if applicable).
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, or illegal content.
- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data.
- Impersonate RCR staff, Members, or third parties.
- Disrupt Website functionality (e.g., DDoS attacks, code injection).

All Content, trademarks (e.g., “Community Home Care”), and logos are the property of RCR or its licensors.
5.2 Licence
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

- Use RCR copyrights & trademarks without written consent.

7.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability is capped at 150% of fees paid to RCR in the preceding 12 months.

- Any information such as usernames, codes, passwords, identity numbers, or any other relevant identifying information that may identify you as the account holder must be treated as confidential, and you must NOT disclose this information to any third party.
- We retain the right to disable any user account, account name, or passwords (whether provided by us or chosen by you) at any time if we decide it is within our opinion that you have failed to meet the terms set out in our governing terms & conditions documents.
- If there has been a breach or you suspect there has been a breach of your user identification data (including but not limited to; user ID, usernames, passwords), then you must, as soon as practicably possible, notify us at support@renovatecommunityrepair.co.uk.

8.2. Our Responsibility
- In the event of loss or damage suffered by you, we do not limit or exclude our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.
- We accept no liability for damages to properties, personal injury, or anything else caused by accident, negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation of any of our suppliers, or subcontractors.
- As registered member, you are made aware that parts of our Website are only provided for your domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Website as a registered member for any commercial or business purposes; you also agree we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
- We may not be held responsible for any viruses and accept no liability for any such thing. We offer no guarantee that our Website or any of our channels are free from bugs, viruses, or malicious software of any kind. Although we will endeavour to remain bug and virus-free.

- Threaten the safety of other users or RCR staff.

Termination is immediate and may involve IP blocking, account deletion, or legal action.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by English law.
- Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Amendments to terms
RCR reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
